- All coffee is roast to order. Internet orders are roasted on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
- Coffee is shipped within 24 hours of roasting.
- A flat rate of $5.00 is charged for shiping and handling of roasted coffee.
- Coffee is shipped by most expedious and cost efficient method. Typically this is FedEx Ground, or U.S. Post Office. Orders on the East Coast of the U.S are usually shipped via U.S. Post Office since it is the fastest way to get fresh roasted coffee accross the country without paying high special delivery costs.
- Shipping rates for non-coffee items such as brewers and grinders are automatically calculated by weight and various shipping options are displayed for customers to choose from.
